Electric kiln PROTEC mod. FC 350 CE

The PROTEC mod. FC 350 CE electric kiln is an efficient and versatile solution for ceramic firing. Manufactured in 2008 this used kiln is designed to deliver exceptional performance with a maximum working temperature of 1100 °C.

The kiln features high-quality ceramic fibre insulation, ensuring optimal thermal efficiency and reduced energy consumption. With a useful loading capacity of 0.35 m³, it provides ample space for your materials, accommodating useful loading dimensions of 500 mm in width, 900 mm in length, and 900 mm in height.

Equipped with a mobile loading floor, the kiln facilitates easy loading and unloading processes. It includes one car fitted with durable Vulkollan wheels for smooth movement. The refractory bricks of the car have been recently replaced, ensuring reliable performance.

The heat elements are supported by alumina rollers, promoting even heat distribution throughout the kiln. For enhanced operational control, the kiln is fitted with an upper chimney featuring manual opening and a manual opening shutter positioned under the car for extra cooling. These features help maintain optimal firing conditions.

A Pixsys ATR620 microprocessor is included, allowing for precise control over the firing process and ensuring consistent results. The kiln operates with a power of 14 kW at a tension of 400 Volts and 50 Hz on a three-phase system.

The overall dimensions of the kiln are 1200 mm in width, 1600 mm in length, and 1900 mm in height (plus an additional 160 mm with the microprocessor), while the car measures 650 mm in width, 1050 mm in length, and 600 mm in height.
