The gas turbo kiln JOB FORNI mod. SUPERTURBO – STC is a high-quality, compact industrial kiln designed for efficient firing processes. This used model combines robust construction with precise control features, ideal for smaller yet demanding production needs.

With a maximum working temperature of 1200°C and a useful loading capacity of 0.6 m³, this kiln is suitable for precise firing applications in limited spaces. Its useful loading dimensions measure 600 mm (width) x 1000 mm (length) x 1000 mm (height), accommodating various materials and production requirements. The kiln is equipped with ceramic fibre insulation, which enhances thermal efficiency and reduces heat loss.

This JOB FORNI kiln features two cars (one in firing mode and one in stand-by) for continuous operation, with Vulkollan wheels that facilitate smooth and flexible movement. It is powered by two natural gas (CH4) burners, supported by a 0.37 kW combustion fan for consistent heating and optimal air circulation. Additionally, the stainless steel dryer heat exchanger, with a 0.37 kW fan, ensures effective heat recovery, contributing to energy efficiency.

Equipped with a Pixsys ATR 312 microprocessor and Pixsys ATR 170 safety thermoregulator, the kiln provides reliable control and safety features. Operating on a 400 Volt / 50 Hz three-phase power supply, it is compatible with standard industrial electrical systems. The kiln's overall dimensions are 1700 mm (width) x 2600 mm (length) x 2500 mm (height), with car dimensions of 800 mm (width) x 1300 mm (length) x 700 mm (height), and the electric switchboard measures 600 mm (width) x 400 mm (length) x 1800 mm (height).

Please note: the refractory kiln furniture shown in the photos is not included with the kiln; however, it can be offered separately if needed. Only the first floor slabs and their supports for the cars are included in the purchase.
