Gas turbo kiln PAGNOTTA mod. SINCRO TURBO - ST/BT

The PAGNOTTA mod. SINCRO TURBO - ST/BT gas turbo kiln offers a robust and efficient solution for high-temperature firing needs, with a maximum working temperature of 1100°C. Built in 1997 and in excellent used condition, this kiln demonstrates quality construction and is practically like new, especially evident in its ceramic fibre condition.

Designed to handle substantial firing loads, the kiln has a useful loading capacity of 3 m³, with internal dimensions of 1050 mm (width) x 2500 mm (length) x 1300 mm (height), accommodating a wide range of products. Equipped with two operational cars, it allows for seamless workflow with one car in firing mode and the other in stand-by, both mounted on durable Vulkollan wheels for smooth movement and versatility within the production environment.

This model includes six natural gas burners with a combined output of 210,000 Kcal/h, complemented by a 1.5 kW combustion fan to ensure efficient heat distribution. For safety and control, the kiln is equipped with a Pixsys ATR313 microprocessor and a Pixsys safety thermoregulator, providing precise temperature management and operational reliability.

With a power requirement of 400 Volts / 50 Hz on a three-phase setup, the PAGNOTTA SINCRO TURBO - ST/BT kiln is engineered for energy-efficient performance. Its external dimensions are compact and suitable for various production setups, making it an excellent choice for facilities prioritizing both durability and flexibility.

Please note: the refractory kiln furniture shown in the photos is not included with the kiln; however, it can be offered separately if needed. Only the first floor slabs and their supports for the cars are included in the purchase.
