Gas turbo kiln SAFF mod. TURBOCOMPACT

This SAFF mod. TURBOCOMPACT gas turbo kiln is a high-performance used kiln, ideal for industrial ceramic production. With a maximum working temperature of 1100°C, this kiln is designed to handle demanding firing processes while ensuring efficiency and reliability.

The kiln features a useful loading capacity of 3 m³, with internal dimensions of 1000 mm (width) x 2300 mm (length) x 1350 mm (height). Its ceramic fiber insulation provides excellent thermal efficiency and energy savings.

Equipped with two kiln cars featuring Vulkollan wheels, it allows smooth material handling. The system operates with eight natural gas (CH₄) burners, ensuring uniform heating. Additionally, it comes complete with an electric switchboard with a PIXSYS ATR 313 microprocessor, offering precise temperature control.

A stainless steel heat exchanger is included to enhance energy efficiency by optimizing heat recovery. The overall dimensions of the kiln, including the heat exchanger, are 2250 mm (width) x 4100 mm (length) x 2400 mm (height) (+1500 mm for the heat exchanger).
