Electric kiln PROTEC mod. FC 250

The PROTEC mod. FC 250 electric kiln is a reliable and efficient solution for your ceramic firing needs. Manufactured in 2002 this used kiln is designed for optimal performance with a maximum working temperature of 1050 °C.

The kiln features ceramic fibre insulation, ensuring excellent thermal efficiency while minimizing energy consumption. With a useful loading capacity of 0.25 m³, it provides ample space for your materials, accommodating useful loading dimensions of 450 mm in width, 700 mm in length, and 800 mm in height.

Designed for convenience, the kiln comes with a fixed loading floor, allowing for straightforward loading and unloading. The heat elements are supported by alumina rollers, promoting even heat distribution throughout the chamber.

Enhancing operational control, the kiln includes an upper chimney with manual opening and a manual opening shutter positioned under the car for extra cooling, enabling effective management of firing conditions. The microprocessor Pixsys ATR 620 allows for precise control over the firing process, ensuring consistent results.

The kiln operates with a power of 10 kW at a tension of 400 volts and 50 Hz on a three-phase system. Its overall dimensions are 1100 mm in width, 1350 mm in length, and 1850 mm in height (plus an additional 180 mm with the microprocessor).
