With a maximum working temperature of 1100°C and a useful loading capacity of 3 m³, this kiln is built to handle various materials efficiently. The kiln features ceramic fibre internal insulation for enhanced thermal efficiency and reduced heat loss.

Equipped with two cars (one in firing mode and one in stand-by), the kiln ensures seamless operation, allowing for a continuous workflow. The cars are mounted on durable Vulkollan wheels, promoting smooth movement and flexibility in the production environment.

The PAGNOTTA kiln is fitted with six burners powered by natural gas (CH4), delivering consistent and reliable heating. A 1,5 kW combustion fan ensures optimal air circulation, while a stainless steel dryer heat exchanger with a 1,1 kW fan provides efficient heat recovery, enhancing overall energy efficiency.

Designed for industrial use, the kiln operates on a 400 Volt / 50 Hz three-phase power supply, making it compatible with standard industrial electrical systems. Its overall dimensions are 2350 mm (width) x 3700 mm (length) x 2470 mm (height), with the cars measuring 1100 mm (width) x 2500 mm (length) x 1300 mm (height) when stacked. The electric switchboard measures 650 mm (width) x 320 mm (length) x 1540 mm (height), providing essential control and monitoring capabilities.
